Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, project addresses, system and equipment information, drawings, plans, photos, files, billing information and the content of support or project communications. We may also collect ordinary website usage information such as browser, device, page and referral data.
How information is used
Information is used to provide solar, storage and EV design services; coordinate engineering review and stamping; support permitting, AHJ and utility workflows; communicate project status; maintain account and billing records; improve service quality; and protect platform security.
How information may be shared
Project information may be shared with engineering partners, permitting authorities, utilities and service providers only when necessary to deliver the requested work, operate the platform, process payments or meet legal obligations. TechVerse does not sell personal information.
Website inquiry processing
Contact-form inquiries are processed by FormSubmit and transmitted to the configured TechVerse project inboxes. FormSubmit receives the information entered in the form for the purpose of delivering the inquiry. Do not submit plan files, payment information or other sensitive project documents through the website contact form; use the TechVerse project platform instead.
Storage and security
TechVerse uses access controls, secure cloud services and other reasonable safeguards to protect project and account information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or opt out of marketing communications.
